12 oz. frozen hashbrowns
2 c. browned meat (ham or sausage)
1 small chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 doz. eggs, beaten
2 c. whole or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9x13" buttered cake pan. Bake at 350 F for 40-60 minutes.
