2 boxes frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1/2 bottle bacon bits
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped fine
2 scallions, chopped fine
1 package large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Spread mixture on tortillas and roll up. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Slice each roll into 1" pieces.
