1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. orange juice
3 eggs
1/3 c. water 1/3 c. vegetable oil

Frosting:
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 T. orange marmalade
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine cake mix, orange juice, eggs, water and oil. beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium for 2 min. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake for 30 -35 min. or until toothpick insearted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Frosting: in a small mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat theorange marmalade and powdered sugar. Spread over the cake. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
