2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. butter
3/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. honey
3 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine eggs and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onions and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 in. balls. Place in baking dish. Bake uncovered at 400 for 12-15 min. or until meat is no longer pink. In a seperate saucepan saute garlic in butter until tender. Stir in ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 min. Drain meatballs; add sauce. Carefully stir to evenly coat. Cook for 5-10 for min.
