4 baking potatoes 1/2 c. Ranch dressing 1/4 c. sour cream 1 T. Bacon Bits 1/4 lb. Velveeta
Bake potatoes st 400º for 1 hour . Sclice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8 inch in shell. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy. Stir Velveeta into potatoes mixture. Spoon into shells. Bake for 20 min at 350º.
