1 c. orange juice
2 T. orange peel, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Desired amount of Chicken Tenders (marinade will accommodate up to one large bag of frozen chicken tenders)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together and pour in a large plastic bag or shallow baking dish. Add desired amount of raw, thawed chicken and marinate several hours or overnight. Bake chicken at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (or chicken can be grilled instead of baked). Serve chicken warm with cooked rice, or serve chicken cold, sliced over fresh salad greens.
