1 c. warm water
c. honey
2 tsp. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 egg


Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water and honey; add yeast and let sit. Mix dry ingredients in stand mixer using bread hook. Gradually add yeast mixture to flour mixer and mix about 1 minutes longer. Stop and scrape bowl, if necessary. Knead for about 5 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm place, free from draft, about one hour, or until doubled in size.
Punch down. Cover and let rise again until dough has doubled in size.
