2/3 c. white wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1 T. dried basil leaves
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
8 skinless chicken breasts or thighs (~2 lb.)
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first six ingredients in small bowl. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours, turning chicken once. Blend chicken into marinade. Bake at 375o for 40-45 minutes, turning and basting with marinade occasionally.
