2 eggs over-easy
2 slices bacon, extra crispy

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs over grits, add bacon, and mix together. When I ate at the Incline Restaraunt with papa, this is what he ordered...so I did, too!

We would never do this today--eat eggs over-easy. But the runny yolk was great with the grits. And if Papa did it, so did I.
