1 pkg sugar cookie dough
1 container Cool Whip
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Assorted fruits (strawberries, kiwi slices, peach slices, bananas, apple slices, grapes etc)
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c water
2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sugar cookie dough in a pizza pan. Pat until dough is solid. Bake as package directs. Let stand until completey cooled. Combine 4 1/2 oz cool whip and cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie. Starting on outer edge place fruit in a circle until you reach the center. Put a whole strawberry in the center. In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice, water and lemon juice over low heat until thickened; cool. Spoon over entire pizza. Chill and serve.
