Apple Dapple Cake Recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp.soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Cream together the eggs,cinnamon, sugar, and oil. Add the flour, soda, and salt. Mix ingredients together and then add apples, coconut, vanilla and the nuts.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, using a 9x13 inch pan.

1 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
Boil for 3 minutes. Prick holes in cake with a fork so the icing will seep in. Pour icing on the cake while the cake is still hot.
