4 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (13 oz) can undrained crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
4 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 oz. jar baby carrots or 2 Cup grated raw carrots
2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 350
Grease and flour (2) 9x13 cake pans

Beat eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and carrots. Add salt, baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Next add the flour and crushed pineapple alternately. Pour into pans and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
