2 cans vegetable broth
6 to 8 large potatoes, diced
1 broccoli, diced floret and stems
4 cups milk
4 to 6 inches Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
Green onions to taste, diced
Mushrooms to taste
Bacon bits and French fried onions for garnishing

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, milk and broth to a boil. Turn heat down to medium until vegetables are soft. Garnish to taste with bacon bits and French fried onions.
