3 cups flour
1 heaping cup lard
1 beaten egg
5 T warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lard into the flour. Add water, vinegar, and salt to beaten egg. Stir liquid into the flour mixture. Chill a little while before you roll out.
