1 lb. box elbow pasta
1 1/2 lb. white American cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Pepper to taste
1 Can stewed tomatoes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350
Bring pasta to a boil in large pot, cook and drain. Dice up stewed tomatoes and pour into a 13x9 baking dish. Add 1/2 of the pasta over top of tomatoes. Cover pasta with 1/3 of the cheese. Add pepper. Repeat with the remainder of pasta and 1/3 cheese. Add milk and gently stir mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 10 min. Stir and add remaining 1/3 of cheese and pepper and more milk if needed. Bake for 10 more min or until cheese is completely melted.
