2 T oil
2 large round steak that has been tenderized
1 large onion, diced
2 large cans cream of mushroom soup
Cold water and flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown round steak (cut up in serving size before putting in skillet). Add onion while cooking. Remove meat after brown. Place in 9"x13" glass pan (preferred). In skillet pour in cans of soup, simmer. Mix cold water and couple of tablespoons flour for gravy. Mix into soup and onions, simmer a little longer. Pour over meat, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until really tender. Serve with mashed potatoes
