Ingredients:
1 package round steak, about 2-1/2 lbs
1 large onion
1 (12 oz.) jar of Heinz rich mushroom gravy
water
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from round steak and cut into sections to fit large skillet. In the large skillet and a bit of oil, brown the round steak on both sides. Chop up the onion and add to the steak, cover with tap water and let cook with the lid on over low boil for about 3 hours. You will have to check and likely add water to keep the meat covered during this time. Add the contents of the Heinz mushroom gravy and allow to cook an additional 45 minutes. It is great served with egg noodles and mashed potatoes.

Personal Notes:
You can use additional mushrooms if you like; add salt and pepper to your particular taste.
