4 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound (24) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp crushed dry red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a very large skillet over medium heat. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic. Saute until softened, about 1 minute, Increase the heat to medium high and add the shrimp, oregano and crushed pepper, saute stirring constantly, until the shrimp are just opaque, about two minutes,
