2-4 serving size Instant vanilla pudding
4 c Milk
approx 84 unsalted soda crackers,
4 c Frozen whipped topping (in a tub) thawed

Fruit Sauce:
2 c Sliced fresh strawberries(or Blueberries or saskatoons)
1 c Water
1/2 c Granulated sugar
2 tbps. Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Beat pudding powder and milk together in bowl until smooth.
Line ungreased 9 x 13 pan with crackers. Spread 1/3 of pudding over top. Spread with 1/3 of whipped topping . Repeat layers twice more. Refrigerate for 24 hours or even longer for good results.

Fruit Sauce:
Mix all 4 ingredients in saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling and thickened. Cool. Drizzle sauce over individual servings. Cut into 24 pieces

Very impressive. Plan ahead for this needs to stand at least 24 hours. Delicious even on the 3rd day

Note: Frozen fruit, thawed may be equally substituted.
