Bisquick baking mix
Fresh strawberries
Sugar
Vanilla ice cream
Whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wash strawberries and cut in slices, add sugar to taste. Mash a few times with potato masher to bring out more juice. Let stand at least 2 hours.

Follow directions on Bisquick package for biscuits, adding 2 tbsps. sugar to the four. pour mixture on floured surface, cover with Bisquick flour and keen a few times. Roll out to 1 inch thickness. Cut out biscuits with biscuit cutter or a drinking glass. Bake as directed. Cool

To serve use individual bowls. Slice biscuit in half, add one scoop ice cream between biscuit slices. over with strawberries, top with whipped cream.
