6 bone-in chicken breasts
1 (15 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can of stewed tomatoes
3-4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil
1 small can of mushrooms
salt, pepper, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and separate about 3-4 cloves of garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the ckicken and the cloves of garlic. Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano leaves. Fry until the chicken is browned on both sides. Remove garlic cloves and discard. Add the can of tomato sauce and 1/2 can of water. Add the can of stewed tomatoes. Drain the can of mushrooms and add them to the mix. Cover and cook on a low boil for about 1 hour.
