1 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding mix. (any flavor)
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 Pan size 13 x 9 inch baking pan.

Mix together flour, margarine and nuts. Line bottom of pan evenly with mixture and pat gently. Bake 15 minutes. Cool completely,

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold in half of the Cool Whip. Spread over baked flour mixture.

Mix 2 pkgs. of pudding mix slowly with milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture.

Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with additional nuts. Chill. Serve in squares.
