4 skinless chicken breasts, boned and defatted
1T. sesame seeds
1T. black sesame seeds
1//4 t. salt
1 T. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
With meat mallet, pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch. In a shallow bowl, combine sesame seeds and salt and sprinkle over chicken breasts. In a large sauté pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. When oil is hot, sauté chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3 to 5 min. on each side. Juices will run clear when pierced with a fork.
