4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 medium apples, cored and coarsely chopped
8 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
1 8 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
1/3 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion

Dressing:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt (or more mayonnaise)
1 TBS sesame seed
1 tsp shredded lime peel
3 TBS lime juice
1 TBS honey
2 tsp grated fresh ginger root
1/4 tsp salt

Other:
1/2 cup toasted almonds
Avocado slices
Diced sweet pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl toss together the cooked chicken, apples, pasta, pineapple, grapes, celery and onion. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over pasta mixture, tossing gently to combine. Cover and chill. Serve and top with almonds. Garnish with avocado, red sweet pepper if desired.
