2 t olive oil
Small onion, chopped
1/4 C dry white wine
2 C heavy cream
1/4 C parmesan
4 large garlic cloves
1 t each of parsley, dill, basil
4 ripe tomatoes, skinned, seeded and chopped into cubes
1 large can pureed plum tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, spices. Add wine and reduce by half. Add tomatoes and heat. Add cream and plum tomatoes. Bring to boil then turn down and simmer 5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese, stir. Salt & Pepper to taste.
