2 lbs. new red potatoes
4 T. dry white wine

Vinaigrette:
2 T. wine vinegar
1 t. Dijon mustard
6 T. olive oil
2 T. finely minced green onion
3 T. chopped dill

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and cut potatoes in fourths. Do not peel. Pour wine and toss. Mix vinaigrette and pour over potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
