3 T. Dijon style mustard
3 T. low-sodium soy sauce
3 T. dark brown sugar
3 T. safflower oil
1 t. prepared horseradish
4 salmon steaks (8 oz. each)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Brush 1/2 the marinade over fish. Marinate fish up to 6 hours in refrigerator, if desired. Place fish on grill. Grill 5 min. Turn and brush with remaining marinade. Grill until fish flake easily. Serve hot or at room temperature.
