1 1lb box frozen cheese ravioli
1 c dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp dehydrated parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
vegetable oil for frying
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place the frozen ravioli in 2 quarts boiling water. Let the water return to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Drain well. Dip cooked ravioli in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs mixed with seasonings. Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes, or until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Place fried ravioli in a single layer in a 15 x10 inch pan and refrigerate until 15 minutes before servings time. To serve, sprinkle cold ravioli with a light dusting of parmesan cheese and heat in a 300 oven for 15 minutes. Serve ravioli with marinara sauce.
