1 Cup + 2 Tbls. Dry Milk
1/2 Cup Warm Water
3/4 Cups Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place warm water in bowl. Add dry milk and mix well. Add sugar mix until smooth. May set dish of mixture in pan of hot water to dissolve sugar. Use in recipes calling for sweetened condensed milk.
