4 cups cooked chicken
6 pkg. Ramen noodles (break up)
1 small head cabbage chopped
2 pkgs. toasted almonds
4 green onions chopped

Dressing
1 cup safflower oil
9 T. rice vinegar
9 T. sugar
3 t. salt
1 1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients to the dressing and pour over the other. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. ( I like this better without the onions. I also think that you could use a cooked pasta like a penne if you don't have the ramen),
