4 - 5 cups sweet potato ( approx. 2 sweet potato)
1 stick butter
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce potatoes and cook for 1 hour, then add the rest of the ingredients.

Topping:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans

Mix and sprinkle on top and bake for 25 min. at 350 degrees.
