2 (12oz.) pkgs. frozen French green beans
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. white wine vinegar
1 t. Dijon mustard
1/4 t. dried basil
1/4 t. - 1 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. white pepper
1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the green beans to directions (crisp). Plunge in ice water. Combine green beans, onion, feta cheese and walnuts in bowl with lid. Combine lemon juice and wine vinegar, mustard, basil, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl. Wisk, then wisk in olive oil slowly. Add the dressing to green bean mixture. Chill before serving.
