1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
3 green onions
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup (dry) mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Bread and/or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let stand over night.
Serve with bread or crackers.
