6-8 chicken breasts
1 large can green enchilada sauce
1 can refried beans
cheese
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in crock pot with enough enchilada sauce to moisten for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high, until chicken shreds easily with a fork. In a 9x13 baking pan put a little enchilada sauce in the bottom of pan. Use the tortillas to layer beans, chicken and cheese, then fold like a burrito with one end closed. Fill pan with enchiladas and cover with the rest of the sauce and cheese for the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly, remove foil towards the end of cooking so cheese browns a little. Serve with sour cream on top!
