3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 clove pressed garlic
1 lb. ground chicken
2 medium stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts chopped
8-12 large Boston lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce, ginger, sugar, red pepper, garlic in bowl. Set aside. Cook chicken in oil, breaking up with spoon. Add celery, cook 2 minutes. Add soy sauce mixture and water chestnuts. Cook 1 minute. Stir in peanuts. Put in lettuce leaves and serve.
