4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp oil
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/3 cups water
2 cups uncooked minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in oil 5 minutes on each side or until done. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan. Add soup and water to skillet and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Pour into a casserole and top with the chicken. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
