4 c. water
2 large pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Allow ice cream to thaw in large mixing bowl. Bring water to boil, add gelatin. Pour gelatin into mixing bowl with ice cream. Mix thoroughly with hand mixer. Allow to chill in refrigerator until partially gelled. Mix again adding whipping cream. Pour into large mold and add strawberries. Chill until set.
