Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 small can of pineapple (need to use crushed or chunk pineapple in heavy syrup)
*I usually double this recipe for a party.

Directions:
Directions:
If possible, let the cream cheese sit out of the refridgerator for 30 minutes or so to soften.

If the pineapple is crushed, drain the syrup first and save in a separate bowl, If the pineapple is chunked, put it in a food processor first to chop it up into smaller pieces and add the whole can and syrup to the cream cheese.

Mix the pineapple and the cream cheese in a bowl - using a fork seems to work the best. If you're using crushed pineapple, add the syrup to the mixture until it tastes sweet enough for you. The mixture may seem a little liquidy, but you should refridgerate it before serving to let the dip solidify a bit.

Personal Notes:
I usually serve this dip with Ruffles potato chips (any type of ridged potato chip will work), but some have served it with vegetables and say it tastes good with veggies too.
