1 lb. calamari tubes (& some tentacles too)
2 1/2 cups italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
6 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup chopped calamari & crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a separate mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, grated cheese, eggs, olive oil, & chopped calamari and crab meat. Season with salt & pepper. Mixture should be slightly mealy. Stuff calamari half full with mixture. Close with a toothpick. Coat bottom of a casserole dish with sauce. Place stuffed calamari on top of sauce and then pour remaining sauce over the calamari. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
