3 cups sliced zucchini
1/2 cup canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 onion sliced
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs (beaten)
1 tspn. salt and a little pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Add Bisquick last then mix again. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees in a pie plate.
