colored pepper of your choice-carved out
1 lb. of Italian sausage, ground pork or hamburger
1 cup of rice of your choice(white/wild/brown)
1 green onion finely chopped
clove of garlic
fresh mushrooms chopped
1 can of kernel corn
1 cup of kidney beans, pork n beans or black beans
1 can mushroom soup or cheese soup
shredded cheese

Directions:
Fry meat of your choice, add cooked rice, beans, corn, soup and spices until cooked. Stuff pepper and top with shredded cheese. Place in casserole dish cover with lid or tin foil. Heat for 1/2 an hour at 350 .
