This is a double batch. It makes either 2 big loaves or 8 little loaves.

2 cups vegetable oil
1 large can of pumpkin
4 cups sugar
8 eggs
6 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
4 tsp baking powder
4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup of chopped nuts or 1 pkg of chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix all the above ingredients together. Pour in greased loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Remove from pans and cool on rack.
