2 cups whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (do not whip) in a bowl. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Beat until thick, holds it shape and stands in peaks.

My favorite cake for this is chocolate.

If desired top with nuts or shredded milk chocolate,
