4 sm. (2 cups) of chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onions and green pepper
1-2 jalapeņo peppers seeded and minced
1Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
crushed red pepper (dash)
1Tbsp. lemon juice
1Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp.. salad oil (I use olive oil)
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours.
