2 c of Bisquick
2/3 c of milk
1 egg
2 cups of cooked corn (fresh or canned)
Vegetable oil for deep fryer

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredient until well blended (batter will be lumpy). Stir in 2 cups of corn (drained if canned, fruit may also be used here). Drop by small tsps. into hot deep fat (360 to 375). Turn and fry until golden brown all over. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with syrup or confectioners sugar.
