8-10 slices of bread, white or wheat
1 doz. eggs
2 tsp. salt
1/2-1 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
1 lb. sausage, cooked & crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Drain grease. Grease 9x13 baking dish. Place bread to completely line bottom of dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
