Ingredients:  
1/4 stick butter
4 green onions, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 c. of cooked rice
grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, saute green onions until light brown.
Add 2 cans of mushroom soup, blend together.
Pour mixture over cooked rice and pour in casserole dish. Add a layer of cheese.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
