1/4 stick of margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cold water

Step 1: Melt margarine in 9 x 13 dish
Step 2: Mix 1 1/2 c. sugar, self rising flour, milk and vanilla and pour over melted butter
Step 3: Sprinkle with the cocoa and 1/2 c. sugar
Step 4: Pour 1 1/2 cup cold water on top, DO NOT STIR.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
