2 lbs fish steaks
Marinade:
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 c Cooking oil
1 1/2 tbsp White vinegar
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper
2 3/4 oz Canned french fried onions
2 1/2 tbps grated parmesan cheese

Place fish in ungreased shallow pan

Marinade: Stir next 7 ingredients in bowl. Spoon over fish. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning fish over after 15 minutes. Remove fish,discarding the marinade, to greased baking dish, large enough to hold in single layer.

Crush onion into separate bowl. Add cheese. Stir. Sprinkle over fish. Bake, uncovered in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.
