Pie crust (top and bottom)
3 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp. milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs, salt, nutmeg, flour and milk. Beat well. Add rhubarb. Turn into pie crust. Put top crust on - dot top with butter. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes plus.
